This option is subject to evaluation—we'll need to review your team and use case before agreeing to a case study. This option is for teams who want to share their experience in more detail and help other teams understand how Boast works in real-world scenarios.

A video testimonial is a short video (15-45 seconds) where you talk about your positive experience with Boast. That's it—just 15-45 seconds of your time. It can be a screen recording with voiceover, a quick phone video, or anything in between. The key is that it's authentic and shows how you actually use the product. If we decide to use it, we'll feature it on our website, social media, and in marketing materials.
A full case study includes a 20-minute interview where we'll discuss your experience with Boast, how your team uses it, and the impact it's had on your workflow. After the interview, we'll send you a draft case study for review. Once you approve it, we'll publish it on our website and marketing materials. This option is specifically for multi-user teams and is subject to evaluation—we'll need to review your team and use case before agreeing to proceed. If we decide to use it, you'll receive 10 free lifetime licenses.
For written or video testimonials, you'll receive free lifetime access to 1 Business User License. If you need additional users but don't want to pay for the Business plan, you can downgrade to the Team plan and be eligible for 2 free users. For full case studies from multi-user teams, you'll receive 10 free lifetime licenses. The free access is tied to the option you choose when you provide your testimonial.
This beta program is available while we're in beta. Once we launch officially, this offer will end. We'll give plenty of notice before that happens, but the sooner you sign up and start using Boast, the better.
